Elsie is the newest Pet Haven cat to spend a week or two at the Highland Chuck and Don's. She's hoping someone will see her and pass on her information to someone looking for a sweet, very playful girl who will jump on your lap if you pat it. She's a honey - it's hard to believe someone dumped her outside this winter to survive on her own, losing her ear tips to frostbite. She's probably a year old now and loves people.
